Hi, Marcia!
You're the first student to send a message from a cell phone! Wow! Congrats (= congratulations)!
How do you do that? (= Como é que se faz?) Can you explain it in English? I hope so.
How is Carnival going for you? Fun (= divertido)?
Enjoy the short holiday! See you Thursday!
Hugs from your teacher
Hi, kids!
Last Friday, February 17, Débora from 5.E gave me (= deu-me) two beautiful red roses. She picked (= apanhou) them in her garden and made (= fez) this lovely bouquet. I was (= fiquei) very touched (= sensibilizada). Débora is a very sweet student.
Débora, here's the photo of your beautiful roses in my living-room (= sala). I will never forget your present (= nunca esquecerei o teu presente).
A big kiss from your English teacher
Hi, kids!
Today I received a very nice and sweet message about our blog. It's from Ana Maria, a student that I had (= eu tive) in the 5th and 6th grades. She's from Moldova.
Here is her message, with her permission (= autorização):
Your new blog/plog is very cool!-Really!!!You have a song for you- it proof(prova) you are an excellent teacher! How are your new pupils? Are they good students? They must be the best students, because you are the best teacher.Bye(Ana)
Isn't it so nice? Thank you, Ana Maria! :-)
She said that she wants to meet (= quer conhecer) Francisco, our singer.
Hugs from your teacher

Hi, kids!
The last 15 minutes of our class this morning were fantastic, weren't they?
Francisco wrote (= escreveu), composed (= compos) and sang (= cantou) a very "special" song for me, "Funny teacher".
First he sang alone, a solo, and then he sang a duet with Pedro.
I'm very touched (= sensibilizada) with the words of the song. Thank you, Francisco. It's very meaningful (= significativo).
Let's listen to the solo!
Great, isn't it?
Isn't it fun to learn English this way?
Here's Francisco's song in his own words:

Thank you, Francisco for the lovely song! And thank you, Pedro, for singing the duet with a very short reahearsal! :-)
Have a fabulous weekend, everyone!
Kisses from you teacher and friend
